One thing I’ve not fully clarified before…

As I’ve mentioned in other videos, KDP does not allow authors to set a print pre-order. (Only pre-schedule, WTH!)

To get a print pre-order on Amazon.com you need to use IngramSpark or another aggregator. After the book has launched you can continue your print distribution to Amazon.com via IngramSpark OR you can upload to Amazon KDP for Amazon.com distribution.
