Whether you are self-publishing or traditionally publishing, there comes a time when too much rework, too much revision, too many opinions become a distraction and a form of procrastination. Know thyself! Are you stuck? Yes, ask for help! Are you just nervous to hit publish or send the query? Then maybe it is procrastination.
