If you have your price on the barcode, or a fixed-price barcode, then you will need to update that to reflect the new price as well. In that case I recommend running the new price calculator and deciding on the price, getting a new barcode, updating the cover file with the new barcode, and then changing the barcode and the price as the same time with one edit on your listing.
