Another #NailbitersNovel inspired design! The main character, Dora, is trying to seek refuge and answers in an alien-ridden world. This scene reflects the cities on fire and smoke and debris filling the air, as well as the amorphous aliens infesting her world. With no one to turn to, Dora must learn how to depend on herself and figure out how to survive in this new post-apocalyptic life. I especially love the fire reflecting in the water, the light of beam shooting up to who knows where, and the giant and mysterious aliens who seem to have no true shape… In case you couldn't tell, I loved this book.
