The short and simple answer here is that you don’t. A Goodreads librarian, which seems to be their super-admin title, has to make this change.
If you have book one in a series out and it is listed on Goodreads you can ask that a Series be created and that your book is added to that Series. If you had the first book out, and then the second one came along later and neither are listed in a series, the same process follows

There is a specific group on Goodreads for the Librarians where you as an author can post this request.

I’ve done this twice now and they usually get to it within a day and then it takes maybe another full day for everything to show up, but sometimes sooner.
