Order of Operations for ISBN, LCCN, Barcode, and Copyright

This is the order I use when I self-publish a book:

1. ISBN
2. LCCN (I apply for both ISBN and LCCN at the same time at least 6 weeks prior to upload)
3. Barcode
4. Copyright

  1. Thank you. In KDP Amazon I can use a publisher name of my choosing. i.e. make one up if I like. But ISBN seems to use my own name as publisher. Is it a problem to have own name as ISBN publisher and KDP another name? If you choose a publisher name for KDP Amazon e.g. Apple Tree Publishing do you have to make it a legal entity ? Trademark? I am based overseas so not eligible LCCN.
